Strengthening Governance: A Transformative Directors’ Training Program for State-Owned Enterprises

The Executive Development Institute (EDI) successfully conducted a three-day Directors’ Training Program for State-Owned Enterprises at the National School of Public Policy from April 21–23, 2026. The program brought together senior professionals and board members from across the public sector, providing a dynamic platform for learning and exchanging critical themes such as corporate governance, financial stewardship, strategic leadership, and board effectiveness.

The sessions featured a distinguished panel of experts who shared practical insights and global perspectives to strengthen governance frameworks and enhance leadership capacity within state-owned enterprises.
