In partnership with top-tier universities, the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is set to launch the second phase of the High-Impact Training as part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program. This unique initiative offers a three-month intensive training in cutting-edge fields such as AI game development, full-stack development, blockchain programming, Web 3.0, AR & VR development, data science, and Java development, providing a rare opportunity for skill development in these high-demand areas.

This program, the brainchild of Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Federal Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, reflects on the government’s recognition of the urgent need for technological literacy and economic empowerment among the country’s youth. Designed for students with relevant academic backgrounds and individuals interested in strengthening their skills through reskilling, mainly those already enrolled in undergraduate programs, these courses aim to provide the necessary expertise for participants to secure employment in high-demand sectors and confidently earn from freelancing platforms.

The decision to offer these training programs at 16 Federal Directorate Education Colleges in Islamabad highlights the government’s commitment to making high-tech education more accessible. This initiative moves beyond the traditional classroom model, providing students with hands-on experience in emerging technologies shaping industries worldwide.

Programs like these will foster innovation and create a workforce capable of competing on an international stage. Educationists, including world-renowned scholar Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar, have lauded the effort, calling it a timely intervention that will foster inclusivity and create IT-savvy professionals to generate revenue for the nation.
