Glow in green: The flags of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan lit up the buildings of National Skills University Islamabad last night in a striking display of solidarity following the historic Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement signed in Riyadh. The event, part symbolic and part celebratory, emphasized both nations’ commitment to shared security and Pakistan’s resolve to fortify its human capital in tandem with these geopolitical advances.

In this context, National Skills University (NSU Islamabad), under the Federal Ministry for Education and Professional Training, led by Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, is highlighting a strengthened collaboration with NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training Commission) through the Takamol Skill Verification Program (SVP). This initiative, already formalized as a joint certification and testing mechanism between Pakistan’s NAVTTC and Saudi Arabia’s Takamol, ensures that Pakistani skilled workers receive internationally recognized credentials.
